hey, i done some advertz in india, and i wanna carry on modelling either az a career or hobbie. but i love it very much. i haven't got a portfolio...where are the bezt placez and not to expensive in london? any suggeztionz on how to become a model over here? whether it'z juzt magazinez, i dont mind...

join ModelMayhem.com and put up a FEW of your BEST photos.. there you'll probably get some offers for photoshoots, directly from photographers. What you need to do is advertise and merket yourself. Do that by browsing profiles of models and photographers. When doing that, make sure to drop comments, make friends, leave messages asking for "TFP/CD" which is a free arrangment btwn model, and photog. What it means is that, if the photog thinks he/she will benefit from having your pictures in their portfolio as part of their experience..theyll do it 4 free. And if u think theyre good enough of a photog and itll help u out (hey its free)..then u go 4 it... best of luck.... ;)

I have never done any modeling befor or have any professional photo's but lots of ppl tell me to get involved with it and i have talked to a lot of models and they think i would od very well... so i have done a lot of thinking and i wanna to this but i want to do this right. How should I start out and get myself out there to the big names? I live in Calgary but I would be willling to travel if it was really worth it. if you know how I can get started please let me know!
